The City of Collinsville, Texas ("City"), a municipal corporation in Grayson County, Texas, is seeking proposals from eligible and qualified financial institutions ("Banks") to serve as the bank depository and to provide the depository services described. The services provided will be in accordance with this Request for Proposal ("RFP"), duly executed between the City and the selected Bank.
