2023 Plat Application Calendar
- Construction Plans must be submitted 60 days before Construction Plat application submission date.
- Engineering plans associated with construction plats must be submitted 30 days prior to a plat submission date.
- It is recommended applicants read and comply with the city's adopted ordinances prior to a pre-application and formal application.
- Applications will not be accepted after 12:00 PM (Noon) on the published submission date. Applications will not be accepted before the published submission date.
