On Monday, September 22, 2025, at 6:30 PM, the City of Collinsville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and make a recommendation to the Collinsville City Council on the item listed below, and on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 6:30 PM, the Collinsville City Council will hold a public hearing and possibly act on an ordinance on the rezoning application for the item listed below:

 

Conduct a public hearing and consider a request by the applicant, Jeremy Malazzo, on behalf of the owner, Malazzo Investments, LLC , to amend the zoning classification from R-1 Single-Family Residential District to PD Planned Development District with a base zoning district of C-1 Local Business District on approximately .263 acres of land (Block 3, Lots 17, 18, 19, and 20 of Waldo’s 1st Addition) out of the Charles Quillin Survey, Abstract No. 989, City of Collinsville, Grayson County, Texas. The property is generally located east of US Hwy 377, west of N Main Street, north of Ford Street, and south of Walker Street and is addressed as 302 N Main Street.
