On Monday, October 17, 2022, at 6:30 PM, the City of Collinsville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider testimony and make a recommendation to the Collinsville City Council on the item listed below, and on Monday, November 14, 2022, at 6:30 PM, the Collinsville City Council will hold a public hearing to consider testimony and possibly act on the item listed below:

An amendment to the City of Collinsville's Zoning Ordinance No. 540, Section 3-1, "Zoning Districts Established", Section 7-1, "Use Regulation Districts", Section 8-1, "Special Definitions", and Section 9-1, "Performance Standards" for the addition and removal of permitted uses (Schedule of Uses) in zoning districts, renaming Section 8-1, "Special Definitions", to Section 8-1, "Definitions", for the addition and removal of definitions, and to amend the performance standards.

The public is invited to attend the meetings and make comments either for or against the requested item. Written comments may be submitted before the date of the meeting to the City of Collinsville at PO Box 649, Collinsville, Texas 76233. Public Hearing Notice City Council
September 12, 2022

A public hearing will be held by the Collinsville City Council to consider the proposed Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Budget for the City of Collinsville on Monday, September 12th, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., at Collinsville City Hall, 117 North Main Street, Collinsville, Texas 76233, in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Section 102.006.

This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year's budget by $25,545.00 for approximately a 7.10 percent tax levy increase and of that amount $32,036.00 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.

All persons interested are invited to attend the public hearing in person to provide comments at that time. The public may also send written comments before the date of the meeting to the City of Collinsville at dhale@collinsvilletexas.org, and the comments will be read aloud at the meeting.
