PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE COLLINSVILLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM

 

Collinsville Economic Development Corporation will hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM on June 28, 2022, at the Annex Building, 109 N. Main Street, Collinsville, Texas 76233, regarding the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program (TxCDBG) grant.

The purpose of this meeting is to consider the Collinsville Economic Development Corporation to provide the 15% match fund, for the $500,000.00 grant possible through the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program for downtown sidewalks in Collinsville, TX.

The public is invited to attend the public hearing in person to make comments either for or against the requested item.

On Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 6:30 PM, the City of Collinsville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider testimony and make a recommendation to the Collinsville City Council on the item listed below, and on Monday, July 11, 2022, at 6:30 PM, the Collinsville City Council will hold a public hearing to consider testimony and possibly act on the item listed below:

A Replat request by the applicant, Tim Finkenbinder. The property is legally described as WALDOS 2ND ADDN, BLOCK PT 12, 151X121X151.05X116.75, .4122 ACRES, Grayson County, City of Collinsville, Texas, addressed as 412 Dewitt Street. The property is generally located at the northwest of Dewitt Street and W Locust Street.

On Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 6:30 PM, the City of Collinsville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider testimony and make a recommendation to the Collinsville City Council on the item listed below, and on Monday, July 11, 2022, at 6:30 PM, the Collinsville City Council will hold a public hearing to consider testimony and possibly act on an Ordinance regarding the item listed below:

An Amendment to the City of Collinsville's Zoning Ordinance No. 540, Section 3-1 Zoning Districts Established, Section 4-1 Zoning District Map, and Section 7-1 Use Regulation Districts to allow for the addition of a Planned Development District (PD) to include a purpose, application requirements, concept plan/site plan, process, and amendments.
